| Answer : All of our products are made up of pasteurized milk. Pasteurization can be roughly accepted as boiling. In this way, harmful microbes in milk are killed. |

| Answer : The main substances that protect cheese are salt and oil. Salt and oil percentage is lower in light products. Because of this, light products are more sensitive than other products. |

| Answer : All of our products are being produced in accordance with the approval certificates taken from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. These approval certificates are also present in our website. |

| Answer : Halloumi is a cheese special to Cyprus. It has a very nice taste when it is fried but it can also be eaten without frying. |
